YOU CANNOT GO WRONG WITH THIS, TRY IT!

SANDWICHES
Ingredients
Steak sandwich-apulian style
· 1 small eggplant
· 3/4 teaspoon salt
· 1 tablespoon olive oil
· 1 medium onion, chopped
· 4 cloves garlic, minced
· 8 ounces fresh, mild red cherry peppers or mild banana peppers, halved and stems and seeds removed
· 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
· 12 ounces beef flank steak or boneless beef sirloin steak, about 1 inch thick
· 2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning, crushed
· 4 6-inch Italian sourdough rolls, split horizontally
· Olive oil (optional)
· Salad greens or romaine leaves
· 2 ounces shaved Parmesan cheese
· Fresh thyme sprigs (optional)
Directions
1. Trim ends off eggplant; discard. Cut eggplant lengthwise into 1/4-inch-thick slices, discarding the outside "peel" slices. Spread the eggplant slices in a single layer on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon of the salt; cover and set aside for 30 minutes. Rinse eggplant; pat dry. Rub eggplant slices with half of the olive oil; set aside.
2. For pepper spread, in a large skillet heat remaining oil. Cook onion and garlic, uncovered, in hot oil over medium heat for 5 minutes or until onion turns golden, stirring often. Add the cherry or banana peppers, the balsamic vinegar, and the remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt; cook and stir for 2 minutes. Reduce heat; cover. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes or until mixture is soft, stirring occasionally. Remove pepper mixture from heat. Let cool.
3. In a food processor bowl or blender container cover and process or blend pepper mixture until nearly smooth. Set aside.
4. Score meat on both sides by making shallow diagonal cuts at 1-inch intervals in a diamond pattern. Season steak with salt and pepper, if desired. Rub steak on both sides with dried Italian seasoning.
5. Grill steak on rack of uncovered grill directly over medium coals for 18 to 22 minutes for medium doneness (160 degrees F), turning once. Grill eggplant slices for 6 to 8 minutes or until cooked through, turning once. Set aside. If desired, brush cut sides of Italian bread halves with olive oil. Grill bread, cut side down, for 1 to 2 minutes or until toasted.
6. To assemble, spread about 1 tablespoon pepper spread on bottom half of each Italian roll. Top with greens and eggplant slices. Slice steak across grain into very thin strips. Arrange sliced steak on eggplant slices. Add Parmesan, if desired. Lightly spread top halves of Italian rolls with remaining pepper spread. Serve open-face with top halves of rolls on the side. Garnish with sprigs of thyme, if desired. Makes 4 servings

just reading these scandals a thought crosses my mind okay for the nssf scandal to be precise what would i do if i had all that money at my disposal aaaahh 11 billion even if i spent 1 million a day i would be kay or if i decided to buy the bugatti veron at a million pounds i would still have enough to fuel it.or buy the four door bentley at almost 150,000 pounds or the merc mclaren i can already see it me the open road(mine most probably) and my bugatti veron or my four door bentley life would be the right word to some it up ........ah well since that wont be happening in the next five years(seems more achievable in 10) i choose to purge from memory!what do you do when you discover that your boyfriend has another child with another woman in between your 1 year old son and your other 2 weeks old baby?below the belt can no longer be used as measurement for such men seeing as it is not low enough,such is the dilema some people have got to face on the daily!so my love affair with rock is blooming we are working on it we talk frequently and do lunch daily we are trying to find a way to do dinner and late night calls,we are getting there.

I know, i know, i was wrong i always said Rock isnt for me!i will shamelessly admit it i was wrong.though i gotta blame it on the introduction we (me and rock)were not given a chance to get to know each other.i never really went for the rock nights (i pretended to religiously attend)for the music.i went because i was bored and couldnt stay in while my housemates enjoyed themselves, so i tagged along because i wouldnt kill me.
Rock and i were given another chance inform of "ROCK OBSSESED FRIENDS" in a certain room on campus Africa Hall D block, we camped many times to ensure we fulfilled our academic obligations through thourough reading enforced by frantic academics and mostly by a friend who saw to it that we read whether we liked it or not.still this was an introduction gone bad i just never got how they knew every lyric to every song at least for most of them.for one i could partially explain how she knew every lyric this was friendly enforcer, when we were in about s.2 and people owned music books she was a class apart she owned a music counter book yet her history book was a 200 page small picfare book,talk about priority. her lyrics were right i guess because they were from a pause and play era read cassette player a habit she carried to campus.
fastforward(august 2008)i got another chance to meet rock someone gave me c.ds rock,jazz.rnb,instrumentals whereas i was over the moon because of the rnb,jazz and instrumnetals i wasnt too thrilled about the rock c.d but i convinced myself that this half of the year i would be more open to anyform of education. decided to listen to it from work that meant total attention to rock since i dread the proceedings at work i had something to help me not pay attention to them.i must say it has been the start of hopefully a beautiful relationship that will last. right now am so loving beautiful disaster by kelly clarkson,........... wait for it,I LOVE THIS SONG!so i want to ask cloudy and all you rock lovers when did you know you and rock were going to have a beautiful relationship.does anyone have an il divo c.d i would like to borrow it.

THAT MAN SHAGGY be's fine!we were in awe of the man he is simply hootttttt!!!!!!(dashes off too dip thy self in ice cold water)and he is a pretty good mover too.okay so matbe we didnt sit sit vip but then againn who gives a rats gundi about vip when Mr. lover lover himself was almost an arms stretch away from us, okay two arms, okay three you get the drift!Was broke as hell but knew there was no way under the sun i would miss the show so i begged my father for money and he was kind enough to give me it doesnt matter how much i paid what matters is that i was there!so we shoved and pushed got hit and robbed but it was worth it!if there is one thing the citzens of this town are good at its robbing people.during the shoving a guy snatches some chics bag and kicks it all the way to the back of the crowd she never got it!then some dodgy looking guy tries to squeeze past us oblivious of the space available but when he realised that he couldnt get anything he got mad and started abusing us,he then elbowed my friend's chin. And right there in the madness i spot duksey blasting away.that show was worth every little pennny okay not the passa passa part though but i enjoyed it.think am having a career change i want to be an international musician key word here is international!

I gotta admit, the writers block am sleeping with is not as good as the one Cherie is frolicking with.I cannot seem to write anything sensible! Cherie some on a quickie with your block? I thought i should share with you some of the things that make life for me worth living.Sometimes when there is every reason under the sun not to go on, not to believe that you are capable of loving and deserve to be loved, this poem manages to restore my faith in love.I first fell in love with it in my poetry class.It was love at first sight and it has been the most fulfilling love affair, this spark is not about to go out.For those that already have an affair with it, may the spark be rekindled and for those that will be reading it for the first time may you fall in love with it and have the love affair of your existence; complete with butterflies, shivers running down your spines,your heart racing fast beating loudly till it can be heard from a mile away.

okay i have this really cool money minting idea, i love weddings but mostly i love beautiful,inexpensive well organised weddings and i think the best way too have these is too get a wedding planner. i have never been one not a single wedding under my belt.but i figure some one has to give me the chance for me to bag at least one i plan to start next year in september or december still preparing financially and mentally. am getting an education too but while at it all those people that are not afraid of experimenting give me a call could start with yours.why am telling you free publicity of course.
