No am not annoyed!i am furious. Dont worry am not talking about global fund,for that am at a loss of words might remain like that until further notice.neither am i ranting on about that nigerian sorry excuse of a fight.those silly dumb brains were scared of usand couldnot turn up the heat to match ours. what am starck raving mad about are these so called money welding humans aka investors. i was over the moon with ecstacy over the idea of owning property.i had even been cursing at akright at how they thought they were the only people who could give us organised accomodation.which i must say kampala is in dire need of. then my hopes are dashed by my alternative.the idiots decided to make the amount of the new houses almost twice as high as those of akright.the culprits are Royal Palms royal my foot more like thieving palms.you cam imagine i had to swallow my words on more than one occasion as these words of merciless profanities had been said in the presence of many humans.
now these thieving palm dudes( thus they shall be known till further notice) decide for a one roomed house the cost will be 45m so if an unfortunate ugandan takes a mortage they have to pay 625,000/= every month for the next twenty years.now i know i suck at maths but really this ads up to 150,000/=!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thieves off with thier heads.when you deduct the 45m from 150m it is 105m and thats the thief profit. akright offers their smallest house at 25m and its two roomed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
